Reverse description Plain or near-plain reverse, as is typical of punch-marked silver karshapana coinage of the Janapada period, showing only the rough surface of the hammered planchet with heavy patination and mineral encrustation consistent with prolonged burial. Slight flan-flow marks and irregular edges are visible, resulting from the hammering process. No deliberate reverse punches or inscriptions are discernible. The surface exhibits a blue-green silver patina with areas of dark oxidation.
