An ancient Phoenician bull figurine appears in the upper right, with a standing warrior statue to the lower right, both flanking the museum facade framed by palm trees. Arabic inscriptions name the issuing bank at top, denomination panels occupy the lower left and bottom centre, and two signature fields with the date inscription appear at lower right. |

Ornate guilloche borders frame all four sides of the note. Denomination numerals and legends in both French and Arabic are arranged across the upper and lower margins. |
