裏面の説明	The reverse is printed in blue, green, and orange tones centred on a vignette of the Krak des Chevaliers Crusader fortress set within an oval guilloche frame, with a large blank circle at right. The bank title BANQUE DE SYRIE ET DU GRAND-LIBAN is inscribed in Roman lettering across the upper portion, with GRAND LIBAN in red at upper right and the denomination CINQ LIVRES in bold capitals along the lower margin. The overall layout is framed by elaborate geometric and floral arabesque borders in the Levantine decorative tradition.
