Описание лицевой стороны	Printed in dark brown on a plain paper ground, the obverse carries a guilloche-bordered frame enclosing the denomination numeral '5' in large bold figures to the left. The central text panel bears the full Lithuanian-language legend in letterpress, with the date 'Kaunas, 1922 m. rugsėjo 10 d.' and the issuing authority 'Lietuvos Bankas' set in italic script. A warning against counterfeiting appears at the lower right within the same border.

Описание оборотной стороны	Printed in dark brown, the reverse centres on a circular vignette containing the Lithuanian Coat of Arms — an armoured knight on horseback — set within a fine guilloche surround. The denomination numeral '5' appears in the upper corners flanking the vignette, with the series letter and serial number printed in red below left and right respectively. The full title legend runs across the top and the denomination inscription in stars runs along the bottom border.
