Beschrijving voorzijde Bare-headed bust of Victor Emmanuel III facing left, with a short mustache and closely cropped hair, rendered in high relief in a naturalistic academic style. A beaded border surrounds the entire field. The circular legend reads VITTORIO EMANVELE III RE D'ITALIA in Roman capital letters along the upper periphery, while the lower arc bears the date inscription XXIX LVGLIO MCM (29 July 1900), commemorating the day of his accession following the assassination of King Umberto I. The engraver's signature L. GIORGI F. appears discreetly in the lower right field near the truncation.

Beschrijving keerzijde Two allegorical female figures occupy the central field in a classically inspired composition. At left, a seated draped figure representing Italy rests against a plinth and holds a heraldic shield bearing the Savoy arms, with a small bull in bas-relief on the plinth below. At right, a semi-nude figure personifying Public Prosperity extends an olive branch and gestures toward a rising sun in the background, while a reclining lion reposes at her feet. The arc legend PROSPERITATE PVBLICA AVGENDA (For the increase of public prosperity) is divided across the upper field, and the engraver's name L. GIORGI appears in the lower exergue.
