Aanvullende informatie

Banque du Liban has issued this cedar-themed silver piece annually since the early 2000s as part of a sustained bullion and collector program — one of the few such series produced by a central bank in the Arab world with consistent annual output. The 2012 issue falls midway through a period of relative political stability in Lebanon, sandwiched between the 2008 Doha Agreement and the escalating spillover of the Syrian civil war that began reshaping the country from 2013 onward.

KM#42 is a straightforward modern issue with no known die varieties or striking anomalies.
