| Descrizione del dritto | Printed in blue-green on cream paper, the obverse is framed by an ornate border of interlaced scrollwork and fine guilloche patterns. At the top centre sits a rosette medallion flanked by symmetrical foliate ornaments, while bold numeral '5' counters appear at lower left and right within decorative cartouches. The central text area carries the issuing authority legend in multiple lines, with the denomination 'PET LIR' in large serif typeface; below, two manuscript signatures appear beneath the titles 'BLAGAJNIK' and 'PREDSEDNIK', separated by the circular SNOS emblem with a five-pointed star and mountain motif. |
