Reverse description Central motif depicting a coiling five-clawed imperial dragon rendered in high relief within a beaded inner circle, shown amid stylised clouds and waves with its body twisting dynamically and head facing upward to the left. The four characters 大清銅幣 (Great Qing Copper Coin) are placed outside the beaded circle in the four cardinal positions — 大 at top, 清 at bottom, 銅 to the right, and 幣 to the left — within a plain raised border. The dragon's scales, claws, and mane are finely detailed, consistent with the medallic standard of Tientsin Mint pattern strikings of the late Qing period.
