背面描述 The reverse features a deeply recessed central field with a radial sunburst or engine-turned guilloche pattern of fine radiating lines forming a broad inner circle. At the centre of this field, a large stylised monogram combines the numeral '5' with the Georgian Lari currency symbol (₾), rendered in high relief against the engine-turned ground. To the left of the monogram appears the Georgian word 'ᲮᲣᲗᲘ' (Five) and to the right 'ᲚᲐᲠᲘ' (Lari) in Mkhedruli script. A raised outer legend band carries the Georgian inscription 'ᲡᲐᲥᲐᲠᲗᲕᲔᲚᲝ' (Georgia) at left, the date range '1995–2025' at right, and 'GEORGIA' in Latin characters along the lower arc, all separated by decorative dot ornaments.

附加信息

The lari was reintroduced as Georgia's national currency in 1995, replacing the interim kupon lari that had circulated since 1993 following the collapse of the Soviet ruble zone. The transition was managed under severe economic strain — Georgia's GDP had contracted by roughly 70% between 1990 and 1994, and the new currency launched against that backdrop of near-total economic collapse.

Thirty years on, the National Bank has issued this commemorative through the standard .925 silver format common to Georgian collector issues of the past decade. KM#131a distinguishes this as the silver variant, implying a base-metal companion strike.
