The numeral "5" appears in the upper left corner and is repeated in a decorative cartouche at the lower left, while Burmese script denominations are centered to the right of the Chinthe against an elaborate rosette guilloche background. A serial number in red is printed at the lower right, with a microprint legend reading "SECURITY PRINTING WAZ" running along the bottom margin. |

The central vignette presents a group of six male players engaged in chinlone, the traditional Burmese cane-ball sport, rendered in fine intaglio line work against a concentric oval guilloche underprint in brown and green. A floral rosette numeral "5" medallion in teal and red occupies the upper left corner, while a decorative vertical panel with a repeated numeral motif runs along the right margin. The issuer's name appears in a ruled panel at the top and the denomination in English is inscribed in a separate panel at the foot of the note. |
