Descrizione del dritto	Printed in red and olive tones on a guilloche underprint, the obverse carries an intaglio portrait of President Dr. Hastings Kamuzu Banda within an oval vignette at right. Denomination counters reading K5 appear in each corner, with the issuer's title across the top and the promise-to-pay legend below it.
