Georgia's kupon series of 1993 was a transitional emergency currency, introduced after the collapse of the Soviet ruble zone left the country without a functioning monetary instrument. These notes were produced under severe constraints — the "Printed: 30.04.1945" field almost certainly refers to the paper stock's watermark date, a wartime-era sheet repurposed decades later, which is the most plausible explanation for that anomaly and also the most telling detail about how desperate the supply situation was.
The digit '2' variety in the denominator is a minor but catalogued typographic distinction within the P#35 series, worth noting for set completeness.
