备注

Croatia's kuna reintroduction in 1994 was a pointed act of historical reclamation — the kuna had last circulated under the wartime Ustaše regime, and reviving the name required deliberate political rehabilitation of a currency name freighted with deeply uncomfortable associations. By the 2001 printing, the National Bank had settled into a consistent production relationship with Giesecke & Devrient in Leipzig, responsible for much of the series. Miroslav Šutej, one of Croatia's most internationally recognized graphic artists, led the design programme alongside his son Šimun.

Rohatinski served as governor from 2000 to 2012, making his signature the anchor for this entire generation of kuna notes.
