Obverse description Central text panel carries the denomination FEM KRONOR in bold letterpress, surrounded by fine guilloche underprint, with the allegorical figure of Svea seated at lower right, accompanied by a lion and the motto HINC ROBOR ET SECURITAS 1668. A circular guilloche vignette with the numeral 5 is positioned at upper left, framed by an ornate border of repeated numeral 5 devices along all edges. Two manuscript signatures appear below the central text.

Reverse description Central oval intaglio portrait of King Gustav Vasa, shown bust-facing with a feathered hat and beard, set within a finely engraved lace-pattern medallion. The circular frame carries the bank name in two arcs and is flanked on either side by the numeral 5 in large format. The plain paper background shows fine wavy line security underprint, and two watermark-style letter U devices appear at the lower margin.
