| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in black on pale paper with an engraved design in the letterpress tradition. A central oval vignette bears the bold denomination inscription "FEM" flanked symmetrically by scrollwork cartouches reading "Kronor" on each side. At the top centre, a small portrait vignette of a crowned female figure is set within foliate ornaments, with the letter series "Litt. A" to the left and the serial number to the right; the word "STOCKHOLM" appears vertically in ornate panels on both lateral borders, and the issuer's name arches across the upper field above the promise-of-payment clause in Swedish. |
