| 备注 |
Theresienstadt functioned as an Austro-Hungarian prisoner of war camp during the First World War before its far grimmer association with the Second. This 5 Kronen note was issued under the authority of the Imperial and Royal camp administration as internal camp currency — a system designed to control purchasing power within the compound and prevent real Austrian Kronen from circulating among the prisoner population.
Campbell 1478 is one of several denominations from this camp series. The notes had no value outside the wire.
