Reverse description A crowned double-headed imperial eagle displayed, with wings spread, perched above a shield-shaped pedestal. The pedestal bears the mintmark G for Günsburg (the mint of the Margraviate of Burgau) and the denomination numeral 5, identifying the face value. The eagle serves as the principal armorial device of the Habsburg dynasty. A circular legend commencing at approximately 7 o'clock abbreviates the Latin titulature for Archduchess of Austria, Duchess of Burgundy, Countess of Tyrol, with the date of issue incorporated into the legend. The reverse is enclosed within a beaded border.
