The central vignette bears the heraldic coat of arms of Székesfehérvár — a crenellated castle with a central tower surmounted by a crested helm with mantling — rendered in red, yellow, and grey. The denomination numeral '5' and the word 'KORONA' appear in large bold type within each lateral panel, with the issuer's name inscribed across the top and the city name 'SZÉKESFEHÉRVÁR' along the lower margin. |

| 裏面の説明 | Plain yellow-ochre ground with an ornamental border of repeated foliate and lace-pattern motifs in orange along all four edges, with stylised corner embellishments. The centre carries the heading 'UTALVÁNY' in large bold letterpress, beneath which the large numeral '5' in green appears flanked by two decorative monogram cartouches in red-brown. The remaining text, set in a hand-lettered Art Nouveau style, states the redemption conditions and validity date, with the city name 'SZÉKESFEHÉRVÁR' at the foot. |
