| 表面の説明 | The central vignette presents an intaglio-printed Raggiana Bird of Paradise with wings spread, set against a circular guilloche underprint in shades of crimson and violet. A traditional decorated kundu drum is rendered horizontally across the lower centre, while the left field carries stylised Melanesian tribal motifs in multicolour underprint; a large ornate numeral "5" in purple occupies the upper-left corner and a matching decorative numeral anchors the right margin. Two manuscript signatures appear at the base, attributed to the Governor and the Secretary, Department of Finance and Planning, with the serial number printed twice in black. |
