| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse features a stylised graphic design composed of concentric arc-shaped bands that radiate outward and upward from the centre of the field, evoking radio signal waves and suggesting the spreading broadcast of sound. At the centre of the composition, the Ukrainian state coat of arms (tryzub) is depicted within a shield. To the left, the denomination '5₴' appears in large numerals, with the mint year '2024' inscribed vertically beside it, along with the mint mark of the National Bank of Ukraine Banknote Printing and Minting Works. The country name 'УКРАЇНА' is inscribed along the upper rim as the primary legend, while the repeated phrase 'ГОВОРИТЬ КИЇВ' ('Kyiv is speaking') fills the radiating bands across the lower and right portions of the field in progressively larger lettering, creating a bold typographic rhythm. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
Radio Ukraine, the country's national public broadcaster, was founded in 1924 — making this coin a centennial issue. The station broadcast continuously through the Soviet period, Nazi occupation, and independence, and remains one of the few Ukrainian institutions with an unbroken hundred-year operational record. During the full-scale Russian invasion beginning in 2022, its continued transmission became a matter of active infrastructure defense.
