КИЄВІ ЗАТВЕРДЖУЮ ПАВЛО СКОРОПАДСЬКИЙ 14 ЛИСТОПАДА 1918 РОКУ М. КИЇВ, followed by a facsimile of Hetman Pavlo Skoropadskyi's signature.
