| 背面描述 | The reverse displays the official coat of arms of Luhansk Oblast prominently at centre within the brass inner disc, rendered in fine relief detail. The quartered shield bears a rampant horse in the upper left quarter and a miner's lamp motif, supported by decorative wheat ears flanking both sides and a rising sun at the base, with a ribbon cartouche inscribed ЛУГАНСЬКА ОБЛАСТЬ at the foot of the arms. The circumferential legend in the copper-nickel outer ring reads ЛУГАНСЬКА ОБЛАСТЬ ЗАСНОВАНА У 1938 РОЦІ, recording the founding year of the oblast. |
