| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse features a depiction of the Savur-Mohyla Memorial Complex, dominated by a tall obelisk rising from a stepped plinth, with the figure of a soldier at its base. In the upper right field, the trident emblem of Ukraine (the state coat of arms) is shown. A large five-pointed star rendered in low relief occupies the right portion of the field, while an extensive bas-relief frieze along the lower half depicts Soviet soldiers and military equipment advancing in battle. The issuer's legend НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ arcs along the upper rim, with the inscription МЕМОРІАЛЬНИЙ КОМПЛЕКС 'САВУР-МОГИЛА' appearing in the lower field above the denomination 5 ГРИВЕНЬ and the date 2013.
