To the left of center, Ukraine's small coat of arms (trident) appears alongside the semicircular legend УКРАЇНА arcing upward; to the right, the face value 5 / ГРИВЕНЬ is inscribed in a corresponding semicircular arrangement. The issue year 2017 appears below the central motif, and the mint mark of the NBU Banknote Printing and Minting Works is incorporated at the center of the decorative tree. |

The circular legend СВІТОВИЙ КОНҐРЕС УКРАЇНЦІВ arcs along the upper portion of the field, while the founding and jubilee years 1967 and 2017 flank the central motif. The English inscription UKRAINIAN WORLD CONGRESS appears along the lower arc, rendered in Latin script, completing the bilingual commemorative legend. |
