备注

The Ladiner Verein was a cultural association founded in Innsbruck to represent the Ladin-speaking population of the Dolomite valleys — a community caught between competing national claims after the dissolution of Austria-Hungary and the post-war transfer of South Tyrol to Italy. Emergency small-change notes issued by private associations in 1920 Austria were a direct consequence of acute coin shortages, and the Verein's decision to issue their own Heller notes was entirely practical rather than political.

The designer credit to Gustl da Tlusoll is notable — Ladin-language name forms appearing on printed ephemera from this transitional period are uncommon, and this series sits among the more culturally specific of the Austrian Notgeld issues.
