正面描述	Violet and red intaglio note with a finely engraved lotus plant vignette at left, the bloom and bud rising above broad lily-pad leaves. The centre carries the bilingual denomination inscriptions in bold letterpress, with two manuscript signatures below, identified by the printed titles SECRETARIS and PRESIDENT. A large guilloche rosette incorporating the numeral 5 occupies the upper right, with a second decorative guilloche medallion at lower right; the date 1946 appears in large figures beneath it.
