| 背面描述 | The reverse is entirely text-based, set in two columns of small Cyrillic letterpress text on plain paper. The left column details the conditions under which Transport Certificates of the additional issue are accepted in payment at state transport institutions up to 1 May 1924, and their exchangeability at the Котировальная Комиссия (Quotation Commission) rate. The right column reproduces an extract from the resolution of the Council of Labour and Defence of the U.S.S.R. authorising the additional issue of these interest-free loan obligations in denominations of 5 gold roubles up to a total of 5,000,000 roubles, series of one million roubles each. |
| 背面铭文 | Транспортные сертификаты дополнительного выпуска принимаются до 1-го мая 1924 года во все платежи в кассах государственных транспортных учреждений (железных дорог, речного и морского транспорта) по курсу золотого рубля Котировальной Комиссии. Транспортные сертификаты могут быть также с 1-го апреля до 1-го мая 1924 года предъявляемы как в кассы жел.-дор. и водного транспорта, так и в кассы НКФ для оплаты денэнаками по курсу Котировальной Комиссии. Выписка из постановления Совета Труда и Обороны С.С.С.Р. Совет Труда и Обороны постановил разрешить дополнительный, сверх установленных декретами от 26-го июля, 23-го ноября и 9-го декабря 1923 года норм, выпуск беспроцентных заемных обязательств (транспортных сертификатов) достоинством в 5 рублей золотом, на сумму 5.000.000 рублей золотом, сериями, по одному миллиону рублей каждая. |
