| Opis awersu | Central device depicts the Cedar of Lebanon, the national emblem, rendered in bold relief and enclosed within a raised inner circle. The date appears in both Western Arabic numerals (1924) and Eastern Arabic-Indic numerals (١٩٢٤) below the cedar within the inner circle. A bilingual legend surrounds the central device along the outer border: the French inscription ETAT DU GRAND LIBAN arcs across the lower and left portions, while the Arabic legend دولة لبنان الكبير occupies the right and upper portions. The coin has a scalloped (wavy) outer rim characteristic of this issue. |
