A central circular vignette carries a left-facing female portrait in profile, surrounded by intricate latticework and foliate scrolls; two smaller circular medallions with star devices appear at left and right. Tropical parrots perch among foliage in the upper corners, and a rectangular cartouche at the lower center bears the statutory legislative inscription, with engraver and designer credits along the bottom margin.
