Reverse description The fully quartered coat of arms of Monaco — displaying the princely lozengy field of argent and gules — is centrally positioned and supported on either side by armoured figures standing as shield-bearers, each holding a sword. The achievement is surmounted by the princely crown. The large denomination numeral '5' appears to the left of the arms and the abbreviation 'F' to the right, both rendered in bold relief. The Latin motto DEO JUVANTE ('With the help of God') is inscribed along the lower rim below the shield.
