| 背面描述 | Within the inner circle, a full-color printed portrait of King Albert II of Belgium facing slightly right, wearing a dark suit and tie, set against a green and grey background. To the left of the portrait appears the Belgian heraldic shield featuring a golden lion rampant on black, and to the right a full-color royal crown. The inner circle legend reads LE ROI DES BELGES above the portrait and ALBERT II. 1993 below, indicating his accession year. The outer ring bears the series legend MAISONS ROYALES D'EUROPE DES SIECLES DERNIERS running continuously around the border. |

The attribution here is peculiar: "Banque Centrale du Congo" as issuer on a Belgian 5 Francs piece dated 1999 is almost certainly a catalog misattribution or a novelty/fantasy issue. Belgium had discontinued its franc-denominated coinage in preparation for euro adoption, and the National Bank of Belgium — not any Congolese institution — held sole authority over Belgian franc issues. The Democratic Republic of Congo severed its monetary ties to the Belgian franc system at independence in 1960.
