Obverse description	Central shield-shaped coat of arms depicting a sea turtle in the field, flanked on either side by two dolphins forming a heraldic supporter arrangement. Above the shield, a ribbon banner bearing the legend 'ILE EUROPA' surmounted by a five-pointed star.
