| Reverse description | Central field bears a two-line Arabic legend identifying the mint and regnal year, surmounted by a floral ornament at the top of the inner circle. The inscription reads 'ضُرب / إسلامبول' (Struck / Islambol) above the AH date '١١٦٨' (AH 1168), all contained within a raised rope border. The surrounding broad band is decorated with bold acanthus-leaf and foliate motifs in high relief, framed by a beaded outer border consistent with the obverse, giving the piece a uniformly opulent appearance. |
