Above the wreath, the legend 二十枚當圓一 (20 pieces equal one Yuan) arcs across the upper field. The engraver's initials G.L. (for Giorgio Luigi, i.e. Luigi Giorgi) appear in the lower exergue below the wreath. A beaded border frames the entire design. |
