Reverse description The celebrated Manueline window of the Chapter House of the Convent of Christ in Tomar is depicted in rich architectural detail, as seen from the Cloister of Saint Barbara. The elaborate late-Gothic and early Renaissance ornamentation of the window frame, characteristic of the Manueline style, fills the field, with the nave of the church visible through the opening. The legend 'PATRIMÓNIO MUNDIAL UNESCO' appears along the upper periphery, with 'CONVENTO DE CRISTO' below, and the engraver's name 'JOSÉ CÂNDIDO' inscribed in the lower field.
