| Obverse description | The central field features a finely detailed rendering of the Spanish Royal Crown — a closed, jewelled crown surmounted by a cross pattée — rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field. The crown displays an ornate circlet decorated with floral and foliate motifs, surmounted by arched bands adorned with pearls. The upper arc of the legend reads ESPAÑA 2014 and the lower arc reads PATRIMONIO NACIONAL, both separated by a continuous beaded border running inside the rim. The Madrid Mint mark appears beneath the crown in the lower field. |
