| Obverse description | Central ruthenium-finished disk bearing the coat of arms of the Central Bank of Malta, supported by two armoured knights as heraldic supporters, with the motto 'FIDUCIA FORTIS' on a scroll in the exergue. The legend 'MALTA 2025' arcs above the central disk, while the fineness inscription '1 oz Ag 999.9' appears below. The surrounding gold-toned annular field is decorated with ornate baroque scrollwork, flanked above and below by a Maltese cross in relief. The scalloped outer rim is rendered in plain silver with radial milled segments between each notch. |
