附加信息	Italy assumed the G20 presidency in December 2020, taking over from Saudi Arabia at a moment when the group's agenda was dominated almost entirely by pandemic recovery coordination and vaccine distribution equity — neither of which had been anywhere near the G20's traditional focus when Italy last held the presidency in 2009. The coin was issued as a circulation commemorative, a format the Zecca has used aggressively since the mid-2000s to generate collector revenue without minting standard issues in equivalent numbers.
