Within the conjoined circles, a series of frosted arched lines sweep continuously from one lobe to the other, imparting a dynamic, flowing aesthetic. One of these lines is highlighted in a color overprint replicating the Latvian national flag triband (red-white-red). The semicircular legend LATVIJAS REPUBLIKAS SATVERSME arcs along the upper portion of the left circle, with the founding year 1922 positioned below it along the colored line.
