Mswati III has ruled Eswatini as an absolute monarch since 1986, making him one of the last remaining rulers of that kind anywhere in the world. The country itself was renamed from Swaziland to Eswatini by royal decree in 2018 — the KM reference predates the renaming, which is why catalog cross-referencing between older and newer issues can be inconsistent.
