| Obverse description | Central field depicts a stylized group of figures with raised and joined arms, representing dancers performing the Sardana, the traditional Catalan circle dance. Below the dancers, a design of vertical stripes interspersed with small figures evokes the senyera, the traditional Catalan flag.
