Reverse description Saint Wenceslas, patron saint of Bohemia, is depicted as an equestrian figure facing left, rendered in a stylized medieval manner. He is shown in armour and a mantle, holding an upright sword in his right hand and a banner in his left, the banner staff crossing the field diagonally. A small heraldic eagle shield appears to the lower right of the horse. A linden sprig is placed in the lower exergue between the horse's legs. The engravers' initials B·O·Š appear at the bottom of the field, and the date of Wenceslas's martyrdom +929 is inscribed to the left of the figure. The legend NEDEJ·ZAHYNOUTI·NÁM·I·BUDOUCÍM curves along the upper periphery within a beaded border.
