| Description du revers | A standing winged angel, depicted in dynamic baroque style, holds aloft two heraldic shields: the imperial eagle of the Holy Roman Empire on the left and the arms of Nuremberg (a crowned eagle) on the right. The legend EXPECTATA REDI PAX surrounds the upper field, while SVPERVM AVREA PROLES arcs across the lower portion, together forming a salutation to the long-awaited Peace. A small cross appears among the lettering at the top of the field, and the entire composition celebrates the Peace of Ryswick of 1697 in anticipation. |
