Reverse description The Danish royal arms displayed on an oval baroque cartouche at center: the upper half quartered with three passant lions above three crowns (for Denmark and Sweden), and the lower half bearing two additional crowned shields; the whole surmounted by an elaborate royal crown with cross finial. The crowned arms are flanked by the date 16-65 split across the field, with the mint master's initials FC-H below the cartouche. The entire central device is encircled by a tied laurel wreath, with the Latin pious motto DOMINUS PROVIDEBIT distributed around the outer legend within a beaded border.
