Reverse description The crowned shield of Reval, displaying a rampant lion to sinister on a plain field, occupies the centre of the reverse. The royal Swedish crown above the shield is rendered with fine beaded and arched detailing. The denomination numeral 5 appears to the left of the shield and the abbreviation DVC to the right, flanking the arms. The date 1672 is placed in the upper left field. The circumferential Latin legend MON · NOV · AVR · CIV · REVALIENS · runs along the inner edge of a beaded border.
