Reverse description Elaborate stylized floral and foliate cross ornament radiating symmetrically from a central lobed cartouche, which bears the denomination V DUCAT in raised lettering. Eight decorative arms extend outward, terminating in curling acanthus-like leaves and floral motifs, filling the entire field in a richly ornamental Renaissance-inspired composition. The fineness mark 980 appears at the base of the central device. The circumferential legend PRO PROSPERITATE MUNDI arcs across the upper portion of the field, while AUREUS MAGNUS curves along the lower border, both in bold raised Latin capitals. Small pellet ornaments separate the legends at the sides.
