| Obverse description | Left-facing effigy of Cleopatra rendered in an Egyptian artistic style, depicting her wearing the traditional nemes headdress with a falcon head ornament at the crown and a circular finial at the rear. The queen is adorned with a large hoop earring and a broad collar visible at the truncation. The engraver's monogram appears on the headdress.
