| 裏面の説明 | Central field displays the crowned shield of Monaco bearing the characteristic fusily (lozengy) arms of the Grimaldi dynasty — a field of argent and gules lozenges — surmounted by a princely crown with elaborate foliate finials. A cartouche or label inscribed with the family motto appears beneath the crown above the shield. The circular Latin legend surrounding the shield records the ruler's additional titles and the date 1649, separated from the design by a beaded border. The hammered execution results in a slightly irregular flan, consistent with 17th-century Monaco coinage. |
