Reverse description The central field features a full-color applied depiction of the Vienna Secession building (Wiener Secession), designed by Joseph Maria Olbrich in the Art Nouveau style, prominently showing the building's distinctive white cubic facade surmounted by its celebrated golden filigree dome. The legend 'Secession' appears in white lettering in the upper portion of the colored central roundel, and 'Art Nouveau' in dark lettering in the lower portion. The surrounding border legend reads 'INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE STAMP EXHIBITION' along the lower arc and 'WIPA 2000' across the upper arc, all in raised Latin lettering on a dark field, separated by dot stops. The reverse is issued in commemoration of the WIPA 2000 International Philatelic Exhibition held in Vienna.
