| 背面描述 | The reverse presents the angel-shaped flan in antique finish, with the upper body and broad swept wings defined by incised feather lines in low relief. The central field depicts a radiant rising sun with fine engraved sunbeams emanating upward, partially obscured by a stylized crescent horizon. Elaborately rendered scrolling waves and cloud formations fill the lower portion of the field, creating a celestial seascape composition. The entire design is executed in a consistent antique silver finish, with contrasting matte and burnished surfaces enhancing the sculptural depth. |

Palau's guardian angel series has been a recurring franchise for the Palau treasury since the early 2000s, issued under the broad licensing arrangements that allow small Pacific island states to generate revenue through collector coinage with virtually no domestic circulation. The coins are legal tender in name; in practice, they are produced entirely for the international numismatic market by contracted European mints.
KM#830 is one of several variants in the 2019 angel release. Check the capsule edge for the mintmark — production on this series has shifted between facilities over the years.
